first step is a complimentary telephone consultation. On this
call we'll discuss your needs and objectives and determine the
most appropriate solution for your situation. |

we decide to move forward, the first phase is a comprehensive
Assessment to determine your challenges and working style. We
then move into the Planning phase where we capture your strengths
and development areas and create an action plan. |

Finally,
we move into the Actual Coaching Phase and take action to help
you get moving toward your goals. |
