Glenn O’Dell is President of Executive Focus and is in his 15th year of owning his own business. He brings his clients over twenty years of diversified leadership, executive coaching, consulting, and training experience with proven results in driving organizational change through staff, line, and consulting roles. He understands the challenges of leading an organization first hand from both the financial and human sides, and can create the practical steps that achieve the performance enhancements for his clients.

Glenn’s strong P&L orientation focuses on the executives’ agenda as well as their development to ensure their growth links to the top and bottom lines. His strengths are developing a trusting relationship, bringing perspective to tough issues, and creating concrete next steps. He has been trained as a counselor, trained as a coach, and has run an entire organization with full P&L accountability.
